Delete your Lisia account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Lisia account (developer: Lisia / Lisia S.r.l.) and the data associated with it. You do not need to be signed in to read these steps.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
Open Lisia and sign in.
Go to Account → Settings → Delete account.
Type the confirmation word and confirm.
Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently removed shortly after.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can’t access the app, email info@lisia.io from your registered address and we’ll delete it for you. We respond within 30 days (usually sooner).
What is deleted
Your profile (name, username, avatar, bio).
Your posts, comments, communities you own, reels and live-stream metadata.
Your direct messages and group messages, and your Loopi (AI) conversations.
Your on-device encryption keys and app-lock PIN.
Your push notification tokens and session data.
What is kept, and for how long
Credit ledger & subscription/purchase records: up to 7 years (accounting, tax and fraud-prevention obligations required by law).
Security & abuse logs: up to 90 days (longer if investigating an incident).
Content other users created that references you remains owned by those users.
Direct-message content is end-to-end encrypted — our servers only store ciphertext, which becomes permanently undecryptable once your keys are removed.
Timing
Deletion requests are completed within 30 days, except for the limited records above that we are legally required to retain.
